Cancellations

You are under no obligation to accept a private offer, and can withdraw at any time before the sale completes, free of charge.

Title and finance

We require the V5C in your name and proof of identity. If your vehicle is on finance, we settle directly with your lender on the day and pay you any balance.

Limitation of liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing limits liability for fraud or anything that cannot be limited under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
